Located on the ground floor, the open concept great room boasts large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a gas fireplace. It’s the perfect place for everyone to gather. On the rear patio, you’ll find a gas fire pit perfect for chilly Truckee nights or creating the ultimate homemade s’mores. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large island to cook a meal the whole family will enjoy.

Just off the living space is the Junior Suite which has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub and large walk-in shower. Also on the ground floor is the laundry room and a half bath. Upstairs you’ll find three more bedrooms. The Primary Suite features a king-size bed, private balcony, large walk-in closet, and luxurious ensuite bathroom with separate shower and tub. Connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom is the 3rd bedroom with a queen-size bed, and the 4th bedroom is complete with two sets of bunk beds (twin size).
