You'll fall in love with this gorgeous townhome as soon as you step in the front door! This home is warm and inviting - perfect for families. The spacious living room is open to the dining room and fully appointed kitchen. Warm wood floors and cabinets are perfectly complemented by high-end appliances and unique light fixtures. The main floor also features a Primary King Suite with an ensuite bathroom (separate shower and tub), a shared half bath, and a laundry room. Upstairs you'll find the quaint loft area - an ideal spot for catching up on your favorite show or curling up with a good book. This level has two bedrooms: one featuring a Queen Bed and full ensuite bathroom, and the other is any child's dream room complete with two sets of Bunk Beds (one full set and one twin set), a foosball table, and a full ensuite bathroom.

Club amenities, shuttle to Northstar, and the ski lounge are included for registered guests only. No access will be given to anyone not registered at the time of booking. If you need to add guests after booking, please let us know and an additional fee will be added at $25 per adult (per day).

While staying in one of Schaffer's Mill Exclusive Accommodations homes you have full access to all amenities that North Village has to offer.

Per Schaffer's Mill HOA regulations, all new reservations must meet a 6-night minimum stay requirement. This policy applies to all rentals within the community, regardless of whether they are booked through our property management company, an individual owner, Airbnb, VRBO, or another local rental platform.
