This brand-new breathtaking three story, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath 'mountain modern' townhome, located on the 7th hole of the Schaffer's Mill Golf Club, maximizes views of Northstar with its oversized windows. This home features an upstairs deck where you can quietly enjoy reading a book, along with a downstairs terrace that includes a built-in fire pit, where you will enjoy the magnificent view of the golf course and Northstar while roasting marshmallows.

The Primary King Bedroom, which is located on the top floor, has an ensuite bathroom with a his/hers sink, and a stand-up shower next to a free-standing large bathtub. The main floor consists of an open concept kitchen and living area, great for entertaining friends and family while cooking an amazing meal with the fully equipped kitchen.

Downstairs you will find the laundry room, media room with pull-out couch and wet bar, along with the second bedroom equipped with a Queen Bed, walkout patio and adjacent bathroom, as well as the third bunk bedroom which has a Twin over Double bunk bed and ensuite bathroom.

Club amenities, shuttle to Northstar, and the ski lounge are included for registered guests only. No access will be given to anyone not registered at the time of booking. If you need to add guests after booking, please let us know and an additional fee will be added at $25 per adult (per day).

This home provides access to the golf course as an unaccompanied guest of the owner. Renters may play as many as six rounds for $225 per round.

While staying in one of Schaffer's Mill Exclusive Accommodations homes you have full access to all amenities that North Village has to offer.

Per Schaffer's Mill HOA regulations, all new reservations must meet a 6-night minimum stay requirement. This policy applies to all rentals within the community, regardless of whether they are booked through our property management company, an individual owner, Airbnb, VRBO, or another local rental platform.
