The main living area offers plenty of seating and natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for curling up to watch a movie or read a good book. The space features beautiful wood accents throughout and opens up to the back patio complete with barbeque grill and firepit.

Martis Mountain Gem is a newly constructed mountain lodge in Schaffer's Mill featuring a sleek & comfortable aesthetic. This townhome features 2,593 square feet of living space spread out over two floors. The Primary King Suite can be found on the main level with a King size bed, and ensuite bath featuring a separate shower and tub. Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms: One features plenty of extra space with a King size bed and ensuite bath. The other features a Queen size bed with ensuite bath, perfect for larger families and entertaining guests!

Club amenities, shuttle to Northstar, and the ski lounge are included for registered guests only. No access will be given to anyone not registered at the time of booking. If you need to add guests after booking, please let us know and an additional fee will be added at $25 per adult (per day).

While staying in one of Schaffer's Mill Exclusive Accommodations homes you have full access to all amenities that North Village has to offer.

Per Schaffer's Mill HOA regulations, all new reservations must meet a 6-night minimum stay requirement. This policy applies to all rentals within the community, regardless of whether they are booked through our property management company, an individual owner, Airbnb, VRBO, or another local rental platform.
