If you're looking for a vacation destination to host friends and family, the Sagebrush Mountain Retreat is a step above the rest! Located less than a 5-minute walk to the Schaffer's Mill Clubhouse and The Sawyer restaurant, this luxury vacation rental is sure to provide an unforgettable visit to one of the most impressive developments in the Tahoe-Truckee area. Upon entering, stylish décor meets relaxed, yet elegant, furniture with modern elements throughout. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath mountain lodge features oversized windows, hardwood floors, granite countertops, high end appliances, custom cabinetry and four flatscreen TVs. Additionally, you'll find plenty of gathering space to enjoy the fireplace or a dinner in with friends, followed by smores around the outdoor fire pit while taking in the fresh mountain air. Such attention to detail makes this home a sure hit any time of the year.

The main floor Junior Suite includes two double beds with an additional twin bed and ensuite bathroom, making it the ideal hang-out for kids to kick back and relax. Upstairs boasts two additional bedrooms: the Primary King Suite featuring a king bed and an adjacent spa-esque bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, and the third bedroom that offers plenty of sleeping space with two double beds and ensuite bathroom. The Sagebrush Mountain Retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. After a day of activities and adventure, this home is the perfect base to relax, unwind, and take in a beautiful Tahoe sunset!

Club amenities, shuttle to Northstar, and the ski lounge are included for registered guests only. No access will be given to anyone not registered at the time of booking. If you need to add guests after booking, please let us know and an additional fee will be added at $25 per adult (per day).

While staying in one of Schaffer's Mill Exclusive Accommodations homes you have full access to all amenities that North Village has to offer.

Per Schaffer's Mill HOA regulations, all new reservations must meet a 6-night minimum stay requirement. This policy applies to all rentals within the community, regardless of whether they are booked through our property management company, an individual owner, Airbnb, VRBO, or another local rental platform.
