The outdoor living space is just as inviting, featuring a patio with a grill and gas firepit--ideal for al fresco dining and cozy evenings under the stars. The home's thoughtful layout includes a first-floor Primary Suite with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, providing a private haven. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer luxurious accommodations; one with a king bed and adjacent bathroom and the other with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

Club amenities, shuttle to Northstar, and the ski lounge are included for registered guests only. No access will be given to anyone not registered at the time of booking. If you need to add guests after booking, please let us know and an additional fee will be added at $25 per adult (per day).

This home provides access to the golf course as an unaccompanied guest of the owner. Renters may play as many as six rounds for $225 per round.

While staying in one of Schaffer's Mill Exclusive Accommodations homes you have full access to all amenities that North Village has to offer.

Per Schaffer's Mill HOA regulations, all new reservations must meet a 6-night minimum stay requirement. This policy applies to all rentals within the community, regardless of whether they are booked through our property management company, an individual owner, Airbnb, VRBO, or another local rental platform.
