To accommodate Members’ requests, we have instituted a simple reservations program for the shuttle trips to Northstar. Each of the scheduled departures will include some seats available for reservation and some seats available on a first-come, first-serve basis for walk-ups. The process for reserving is detailed below.
The departure times from the Club are: 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, and 1:30pm. The return times from the Village are 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm, and 5:00pm.
All times are subject to change due to conditions. Major changes will be announced via text message through our EZ Text system. If you have not already signed up for text messages, please provide your mobile number(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requests for reservations are made via our online system. Reservations may be made up to 48 hours in advance of departure. Reservations may be made by filling out the form below.
Upon requesting a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation that your request has been received. As soon as possible thereafter (and during business hours only), a confirmation will come from the Member Services team. If reservations for the shuttle are not available for the time requested, our team will advise you of other options.
Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Members are limited to six reserved seats per shuttle via the online system. (Requests for larger groups may be made directly with the Member Services team.)
Reservations will be held until 10 minutes in advance of the scheduled departure time. At 10 minutes prior to departure, seats for those who have not arrived will be available to those waiting on a first-come, first-served basis.
All cancellations must be made by email to Member Services a minimum of two (2) hours in advance of the booked departure time. Cancellations inside the two (2) hour window (including no-shows) will be subject to a $15/per passenger cancellation fee.
The Club Shuttle can accommodate up to 21 passengers and equipment. The Club Van can accommodate up to 7 passengers and equipment.
